Hacks/Hackers has come to Hogtown.
Hacks/Hackers is a way for journalists and technologists to come together to explore the future of media, news, journalism, and the web.
This group is part of a growing movement that held its first get-together in San Francisco in November 2009 and now has more than 600 members worldwide. Hacks/Hackers-affiliated events have also been held in Austin, San Francisco, Boston, Chicago, New York, San Diego, Washington, and even London, England (... and, with some luck, soon to be in Montreal and Vancouver too).
The Toronto chapter organizers are: Craig Silverman, Phillip Smith, Ivor Tossell, and Mason Wright.
Events will usually run from 7-10 p.m.
